Bu d\u00f6nemde en \u00e7ok ya\u015fan\u0131lan sorun anne ve bebekte gaz olu\u015fumudur. \u00d6zellikle do\u011fumdan sonra yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 hafta boyunca anne beslenmesine daha \u00e7ok dikkat etmelidir. Gaz yapan besinler \u00f6ncelikle \u00e7i\u011f b\u00fct\u00fcn sebze ve meyvelerdir. Bu nedenle meyve ve sebzeler olabildi\u011fince pi\u015firilerek t\u00fcketilmelidir. Dikkat edilmesi gereken nokta ise brokoli, karnabahar, Br\u00fcksel lahanas\u0131 gibi besinlerin pi\u015firildi\u011finde de gaz yap\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6zelli\u011finin tamamen kaybolmamas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle so\u011fan, portakal, limon t\u00fcketildi\u011finde \u015fik\u00e2yetler art\u0131yorsa bu besinlerden uzak durulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Normal do\u011fum ile sezeryan do\u011fum aras\u0131nda da fark vard\u0131r. sezaryen do\u011fum yapan ki\u015filerin bu d\u00f6nemde daha k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131 bir programla beslenmesi gerekmektedir. Kuru baklagillerin (nohut, kuru fasulye, mercimek \u00e7orbas\u0131, pilaki, piyaz..) gaz yap\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6zelli\u011fi y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in ilk ay t\u00fcketilmemesi daha do\u011fru olacakt\u0131r. Yine de kuru baklagil t\u00fcketilmek istenirse mutlaka ha\u015flama suyu d\u00f6k\u00fclmelidir. S\u00fct gaz yap\u0131c\u0131 laktoz karbonhidrat\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir. Bu nedenle s\u00fct t\u00fcketilirken dikkat edilmeli gerekirse laktozsuz s\u00fctler tercih edilmelidir. Kafeinin de gaz yap\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6zelli\u011fi vard\u0131r. Bu nedenle kafein i\u00e7eren \u00e7ay, kahve, \u00e7ikolata gibi besinlerden uzak durulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

S\u0131k aral\u0131klarla emzirme s\u00fct \u00fcretimini olumlu etkilemektedir. Her emzirme s\u0131ras\u0131nda bir bardak su i\u00e7ebilirsiniz. Bu sayede g\u00fcn boyunca fark etmeden su i\u00e7mi\u015f olacaks\u0131n\u0131z. G\u00fcnde 3 litreye yak\u0131n s\u0131v\u0131 almaya dikkat edilmelidir. Su, ayran, komposto gibi s\u0131v\u0131lar t\u00fcketilebilir. Komposto meyve \u015fekeri ile yap\u0131lmal\u0131 \u015feker ilave edilmemelidir.<\/p>\n

Bu nedenle \u00f6ncelikli tercihimiz sigaran\u0131n b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. B\u0131rak\u0131lam\u0131yorsa i\u00e7ilen miktar azalt\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bebe\u011fin sigara duman\u0131na ve annenin \u00fcst\u00fcne sinmi\u015f sigara kokusuna maruz kalmas\u0131, anne s\u00fct\u00fcndeki nikotin kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 da bebekte huzursuzluk, kusma, ishale neden olabilmektedir.<\/p>\n
